I was born in Lisbon, Portugal, in January 1981. I graduated in Applied Mathematics and Computation (LMAC) at IST in July 2004. My diploma thesis Algebraization of Logics and Beyond was supervised by Professor Carlos Caleiro.
I have worked within the topic of Algebraic Properties of Exogenous Quantum Logic under a PGEI research grant from Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.In September 2008 I got my PhD in Mathematics at the IST,
under the supervision of Professor Carlos Caleiro,
with the thesis Behavioral Algebraization of Logics.
