Research Chair in String Theory and Mathematical Physics

Gabriel Lopes Cardoso holds the Invited Research Chair on String Theory and Mathematical Physics at the CAMGSD research center, located at the Department of Mathematics of Instituto Superior Técnico.

The Research Chair is jointly funded by FCT (Portuguese Science Foundation) under the Invited Research Chairs initiative, together with the CAMGSD research center, IST and its Department of Mathematics.

In consequence, the String Theory and Mathematical Physics research group is expected to grow in numbers of students, post-docs and long-term positions in the coming years.
