BMO-result for potential operators in the variable exponent
setting"
Abstract. We show
that the Riesz fractional integration operator of variable order a(x)
on a bounded open set in the n-dimensional Euclidean space in the
limiting Sobolev case a(x)p(x)=n is bounded from the variable exponent
Lebesgue space to BMO, if p(x) satisfies the standard log-condition and
a(x) is Holder continuous of an arbitrarily small order.
